1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FirstPaww ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FirstPaww is operated by FirstPaww Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

FirstPaww is a platform that connects pet owners with verified pet care service providers including:

• Veterinary consultations (video and in-clinic)
• Pet grooming services (home and salon)
• Pet food and supply delivery
• Pet boarding and sitting
• Pet training
• Digital health records management
• Emergency veterinary assistance

FirstPaww acts as an intermediary platform. The services themselves are provided by independent, verified professionals.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. PawPass Subscription

PawPass Premium is a monthly subscription service at ₹499/month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the app. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

5. Payments

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through secure payment gateways. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Service provider fees are clearly displayed before booking confirmation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Bookings cancelled more than 4 hours before the appointment: full refund
• Bookings cancelled within 4 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows: no refund
• If a service provider cancels: full refund and priority rebooking

7. Service Provider Verification

All service providers on FirstPaww undergo background checks and credential verification. However, FirstPaww does not guarantee the outcome of any service. We encourage users to leave honest reviews to help maintain quality standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

FirstPaww is a platform connecting pet owners with service providers. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from services provided by third-party professionals. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
